DEPOSITS A non refundable deposit is required for large tattoo designs and cosmetic tattoos. Small designs only require deposit if client wishes to reschedule.
RESCHEDULING/CANCELATIONS Rescheduling can be done by contacting Kelsey at 231-631-3858. Cancellations made within 48 hours of appointment forfeit any deposits. Reschedules may require a new or additional deposit.
NOCALL / NO SHOWS This is considered unacceptable behavior and may result in refusal of future services. I am very understanding but please try to respect my time and my business. Please contact me asap in the event you need to reschedule/cancel.
LATE POLICY: If you are more than 15 minutes late, appointment may need to be rescheduled and new deposit will be due. If you are running late, please call or text 231-631-3858
PAYMENTS: I accept cash, card, and other forms of payment. Additionally I now offer payment plans through cherry for cosmetic tattoos. A buy-now pay-later option.
PRICES may change at any time, and specials or discounts are subject to expiration dates and deadline booking dates. Final payment is due on day of service. If multiple appointments are scheduled, any discounts will be applied to final appointment. Tattoos are typically priced by piece and complexity. Large tattoos are hourly rates and Cosmetic tattoos are flat rate and service specific.
REFUNDS: There will be no refunds for these elective procedures, cancelled or missed appointments, allergic reactions to products, or displeasure in final service results. Results are not guaranteed. Cosmetic services are typically a two step process and require more care. Maintenance service every few years is an important component in longevity. Unsatisfactory after one session is not a realistic expectation of service results.
ALLERGIC REACTION: If you feel worried about a potential allergic reaction to adhesives, pigments, numbing agents or other service products you may request a patch test prior to service. For pigment implantation - Fee of $25
RESULTS: Results cannot be guaranteed for everyone as client skin type, lifestyle, medications, and other factors vary by person. Those with previous scaring in the procedure area and those with sensitive or problematic skin may experience less retention.
DENIAL OF SERVICE: Services may be denied for any reason before, during, or after services if I feel necessary. I do not tolerate any form of hate speech, rude behavior, or disrespect. If I feel that we are not a good fit to work together, or for any other reason I may refuse service.
