Policies
- DEPOSITS are non refundable, and is currently only required in the event of a reschedule by client. Deposit amounts vary by service choice. Deposits can be taken at consults if client requests .
- CANCELLATIONS can be made through the booking app or by emailing kbeautybytattoo@gmail.com. Cancellations forfeit deposits.
- RESCHEDULING please give 48 hours notice. In the event of a reschedule on my part a discount will be honored to the client.
- NO CALL / NO SHOWS This is considered unacceptable behavior and may result in refusal of future services. I am very understanding and know that things happen - but please try to respect my time and my business. Please contact me asap in the event you need to reschedule/cancel.
- LATE POLICY: If you are more than 15 minutes late, appointment may need to be rescheduled and deposit will be due. If you are running late, please use the venue.ink linked messenger.
- PAYMENTS: I do not offer payment plans currently and full payment is due upon service day. Additionally, prices may change at any time, and specials or discounts are subject to expiration dates and deadline booking dates. CASH is preferred, we also accept Debit at no additional charge. Credit Cards do incur a 3% processing fee.
- REFUNDS: There will be no refunds for these elective procedures, cancelled or missed appointments, allergic reactions to products, or displeasure in final service results. Cosmetic services are two step process and typically require two sessions. Unsatisfactory after one session is not a realistic expectation of service results. Some clients require more sessions. Corrections, Removal, and Restoration may require more than 2-3 sessions.
- ALLERGIC REACTION: If you feel worried about a potential allergic reaction to adhesives, pigments, or other service products you may request a patch test prior to service.
- RESULTS: Results cannot be guaranteed for everyone as client skin type, lifestyle, medications, and other factors vary by person. Those with previous scaring in the procedure area and those with sensitive or problematic skin may experience less retention.
- DENIAL OF SERVICE: Services may be denied for any reason before, during, or after services if I feel necessary. I do not tolerate any form of hate speech, rude behavior, or disrespect. If I feel that we are not a good fit to work together, or for any other reason I may refuse service.
- My presence and work space is a safe place for all walks of life and I do not discriminate.
